Today we released the latest version of ICE, v3.1 as Release Candidate 1.  We expect that GA availability will occur within the next 30 days.  This is a fairly substantial release of new functionality within ICE, as we've responded to the community and added in over 70 SQL functions (including CASE operations) into the Infobright Optimizer.  

Initially support for these functions has been added to the SELECT, WHERE and HAVING clauses, with support for GROUP BY, ORDER BY, etc., coming in subsequent releases.
