That message appears when installing on Windows and is only informational. It will still install and startup with lower values. You can also manually edit the brighthouse.ini to adjust memory settings. You can start and stop the Infobright service from Start->All Programs->Infobright as well as launch the Infobright Command Line Client from there once the server is running.
I have downlaoded ICE 3.4.2. During the install I get an error message that there is not enough memory for the infobright server. The default vlaue of 800 for the heap size is too large for the memory on my PC. I have 1976MB of memory available. How can I get the test databas setup when it appears that the sample database is not being instantiated. Is there a way to set it up after changing the brighthouse.ini parameter to 600 mb?
