We encourage you to create a forum account prior to downloading ICE.  This will give you the opportunity to get help from the community and talk directly to the development team.

Bugs should be reported in our bug reporting system.  Please note that bug tracker requires a separate account - it isn't linked into the Forum subscriber list.

If your current environment isn't supported by ICE, why not tell us about what you currently use?  We will notify you once we support your operating system.
