      I am using the integrated version of Talend, infobright and jasperserver.  The configration for mysql is already available with that. I want to know the root password for mysqld-ib… so what should i do ..... kindly help me…

There is no password set for Infobright server root user. You can set it after installation. Please consult mysql reference manual for user account management: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/account-management-sql.html

I guess Talend requires password for Infobright user (I have no experience on Talend). If this is the case, you can run /usr/bin/mysql-ib to connect to Infobright locally and set password appropriately. Give extra care while setting password. Better create another user to use with Talend.
