I think that based on a previous post you are using Kettle/ETL from Pentaho.
Do you have previous Pentaho experience or is the first time you have tried Kettle?
The first thing you may want to try is to use the MySQL bulk load option as documented here. If you are still having difficulty with Kettle you may want to contact Pentaho support.
Once you get Kettle/MySQL working and if you want to get improved load performance, you can try the Kettle/Infobright connector available on the contributed load page located here.
Another option is to use Pentaho/Kettle to create a flat file, then execute a database command as described in detail on the wiki pages and in the data loading white paper.
