mysql InnoDB and Infobright coexist in same server

Can we install a MySQL community server and the Infobright MySQL on one server?
We are assuming that this is the only way we can have InnoDB tables for transactions and the Brighthouse tables for the warehouse.

Yes. Just ensure that the port numbers are different. MySQL by default uses 3306 and Infobright uses 5029.

Also ensure that there is enough RAM for both to run.

You are correct, that is currently the only way to get InnoDB on the same box.
