Can the community edition of Infobright be used with MicroStrategy 9? I have searched the forum but can’t seem to find a conclusive and recent answer to this question. Any advice is appreciated.

MicroStrategy uses multi-pass SQL that INSERTs intermediate results into TEMP tables.  ICE does not support INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE (although these actions are supported in the Enterprise Edition).  Therefore, unless you can restrict your reports in MSTR from using multi-pass SQL, it will not work with ICE.

NOTE:  Infobright’s Enterprise Edition is Supported by MicroStrategy in version 9.
