I’ve got some problem of crash with IB
I do not understand the reason

Hope someone can help me.

Hi Jean-Philippe,

Couple things—
1) logs indicate you’re using IB_3.4.2_r8940_9191(ice).  This version is 3 iterations old; I’d recommend upgrading to the new ICE 4.0. 
2) What’s it doing before you crash?  Is this just straight after launch?
3) Can you set ControlMessages = 3 and send those bh.err logs?

I don’t necessarily want to dig through logs from 3.4.2 though.  Try upgrading first to see if the problem can be reproduced.  There were issues within 3.4.2 that were fixed in 3.5 and 3.5 P1.

My first observation is that your ICE version is rather old. It is possible it has bugs. In the first place I suggest to upgrade it.

I will test to upgrade as soon as possible (on monday i think), but it’s problematic because we are in production phase…
It means I’ve to tell customers not to work for a part of the day…

I’ll be back to you asap when i did the upgrade.
