I’ve installed IEE 4.0.5 win32.

I can not start the Infobright service. I’m getting message:

Could not start the Infobright service in Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Any suggestions what need to be fixed?

Can you check brighthouse.log , bh.err etc which are generated inside data directory (default path is ..\Program Files\Infobright\data)?

If something is related to insufficient memory then you can adjust that inside brighthouse.ini file.

Installer generates a log file inside windows temp directory, you can also verify that.

I’ve checked bh.err. It seems that problems start wich error: [ERROR] Error: License verification failed!

But I do have the licencji file (iblicense-xxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx-79851222-DLP.lic) in Program files\Infobright folder.

I found the problem.

I’ve generated two licences. DLP and IEE (my mistake). And I put both of them in the Infobright directory.

It seems that IEE verifies only the first file it founds, in my case it was the DLP licence.
When I removed the firs file - everything was ok.
