Does Infobright has a plan to be able to run on Ubuntu Server64 or Solaris64?

ICE should work well on Ubuntu 64-bit. Actually, a half of our developers works on it smile

While it works well on Ubuntu, another free Linux that I personallly use is CentOS 5 because it’s basically Reh Hat enterprise linux with all the branding removed.

Our development and test environment, and recommended Linux distributions for ICE are Ubuntu, Debian Lenny, CentOS and Redhat for both 64 bit (x86_64) and 32 bit (i686) processors.

We currently do not support Solaris, but we will shortly have installation instructions for using the VM version on VirtualBox on Solaris.

Any plans on supporting building on Solaris?
