Are International characters supported by Infobright?
Infobright is planning full support for internationalization in Q4’09, which includes support for UTF-8 characters (all foreign character sets) and all foreign language collation types.
You can currently store international characters (UTF-8 data) in Infobright. However, queries that match against UTF-8 character data will not produce predictable results, and queries where the results are sorted on UTF-8 character data will not be ordered based on foreign settings.
