I went thru the registration steps here: http://www.infobright.org/Downloads/Actuate/ where it says:
“Register today for our download and you will receive a FREE copy of our user manual, normally a $50.00 value. In addition you will be notified of any product updates through our email notification service.”

And I also downloaded the VM.

After registration, there was no further info on getting the manual. And I could not find the manual on the VM, either.

So, how is this supposed to work?
Is the manual going to be on print or PDF? If print, what’s the delivery schedule given that I’m in europe?

I’d be happy with PDF, but could not find a download.

My apologies on behalf of Infobright, that is supposed to trigger an email with the User Guide .pdf attached. I will check on this side for you. You might also want to check your spam folder, just in case.

You know what would be more responsive? If I emailed you the User Guide before I start looking into why you didn’t get it automatically. So that’s what I’ve done!

This seems to be an ongoing problem. I did not receive an email with User Manual.pdf, as promised in registration process.
